Representatives from the City of Menasha approached us to discuss their needs to help brand an under-developed plot of residential and commercial properties on the east side of the city. Along with the guidance of the Menasha Redevelopment Authority, and in collaboration with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group and Grubb & Ellis Pfefferle, we were asked to solidify and brand their vision of the Lake Park Community.
The Community of Lake Park is comprised of three distinct neighborhoods — Lake Park Villas, the Ponds of Menasha and the Cottages of Lake Park — and a commercial district, Lake Park Square. The challenge was to bring these four entities together under one brand.
The solution was to identify the key emotional motivators that would appeal to potential Lake Park Community home buyers. Those four motivators — freedom, trendsetters, loving your life and friends lead the viewer to further explore the amenities offered within the entire Community. The individual entities are further joined by identities that share common fonts and design styles.
